Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses Monarkz. It protects recipients, our customers, and our standing on the WhatsApp Business Platform. Violations may lead to suspension or termination under our Terms of Service.

1. Consent and opt-out

• Only message people who have given you clear opt-in consent to receive WhatsApp messages from your business.
• Honour every opt-out or "STOP" request promptly and do not message that person again unless they opt back in.
• Do not buy, rent, scrape or share contact lists.

2. Meta policies

You must comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, WhatsApp Commerce Policy and all other Meta terms that apply to your account. Prohibited goods and services under those policies (for example drugs, weapons, adult content, gambling where not permitted, and certain financial or medical products) may not be promoted through Monarkz.

3. Prohibited content and conduct

• Spam, unsolicited bulk messages or deceptive content.
• Illegal, fraudulent, phishing, scam or misleading messages.
• Harassment, hate speech, threats or content that exploits minors.
• Content infringing intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Malware, malicious links, or attempts to compromise systems.
• Impersonating another person, brand or organisation.

4. Platform integrity

• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, messaging tiers or security controls.
• Do not reverse engineer, overload or disrupt the Service.
• Do not share accounts in ways that breach your plan limits.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts without refund. We may also be required to act on instructions from Meta or law enforcement.
