Refund Policy

We want you to be confident before you pay. That's why every Monarkz account starts with a 7-day free trial, so you can test the platform before choosing a paid plan.

1. Free trial

The Free Trial plan costs $0.00 and lasts 7 days. No refund applies because no payment is taken.

2. Monthly subscriptions

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance.
• If you are not satisfied with your first paid month, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the charge, provided the account has not been used in breach of our Acceptable Use Policy.
• Renewal payments are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
• We do not provide partial refunds for unused time, unused message credits or downgrades within a billing period.

3. Meta / WhatsApp charges

Conversation or message fees charged by Meta are set and collected under Meta's terms and are not refundable by Monarkz.

4. Exceptions

We may issue a refund or service credit at our discretion where the Service was materially unavailable due to our fault, or where required by applicable law. Accounts suspended or terminated for policy violations are not eligible for refunds.

5. How to request a refund

Contact us with your account email, order number and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
